Bookings may be placed from March 1st, 2023. If possible, please choose or specify alternative dates in your booking to increase the chances of availability this summer. Confirmation with regards to summer weeks will be distributed late-April.

Booking rules

Långbäling is intended for the Bank’s employees and their families. As a Handelsbanken employee, you can book one cabin per family twice a season. The person booking the cabin must be physically present during the stay. The number of guests per cabin may not exceed the number of permanent beds, meaning no more than four people per unit.

Employees who haven’t been to Långbäling before are given priority when booking. Retired employees are welcome to book cabins subject to availability.

Please note that payment is made in advance according to instructions on the sent booking confirmation.

Cancellation rules

In general, cancellation must take place no later than 4 weeks before arrival in order for a refund to take place. (See below regarding special rules for high season weeks and the new registration fee). Cancellation must be made in writing via email to 

Cancellation of high season week (July 2nd-August 20th) must take place no later than May 31st. In case of no cancellation, the week must be paid in full.

NOTE! Payment is made in advance according to the instructions on the sent booking confirmation. New for this year is that the assigned week must be confirmed by payment of a registration fee which is a partial payment of the total amount and which is non-refundable. It is further up to the guest to take care of their own cancellation cover in case of illness for example (normally covered by the insurance cover in your credit card).
